Kevin J. Harding

Kevin J. Harding practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust planning and real estate. 

He serves on the Finance Committee at Catholic Charities Long Island, where he previously served on the Board of Directors. 

He is a member of the Nassau County, New York State and Florida State Bar Associations.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree and Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University.

A lifelong resident of Amityville, he is husband to Nancy and proud father of Patrick, Jillian and James. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time on his boat and golfing. 

Suzanne Q. Burke

Suzanne Q. Burke focuses her practice on estate planning, administration and elder law in both New York and Florida. Ms. Burke specializes in drafting Wills, Revocable Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Medicaid Trusts and Qualified Personal Residence Trusts. Her tax practice focuses on Federal and State estate tax, New York State residency audits and estate and gift tax audits.

She is a former member of Sacred Heart Academy's Board of Trustees, Nominating Committee, Board of Directors of Girls Inc. of Long Island and the Estate Planning Council ofNassau County.

Ms. Burke is former co-chair of their New Members and Members Benefits Committees. Ms. Burke received the distinction of Outstanding Women in Law in 2016 and has been named NY Metro Super Lawyer every year since 2015. Ms. Burke resides in Garden City, NY with her husband and four children.

Ms. Burke is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law(J.D.), University of Scranton(B.A.), the University of Alabama (LL.M. in Taxation) and Sacred Heart Academy.

Joseph Wales

Joseph J. Wales is an Associate who practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and real estate. Mr. Wales is admitted to practice in Florida, and is currently pending admission in New York.

Prior to joining Harding and Burke, Mr. Wales earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2023. During his time at St. John's, Mr. Wales interned with the Honorable Margaret C. Reilly at Nassau County Surrogate's Court. Additionally, he served as an articles and notes editors for American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, and was a member of the Trusts and Estate Society.

Prior to his time in law school, Mr. Wales graduated cum laude from Adelphi University, where he majored in Political Science.

Carol Needham Taylor

After almost forty years as a partner at Pasta Needham & Taylor, Carol joined the firm of Harding & Burke in 2018. With her expertise in the areas of estate planning and administration, she now serves Harding & Burke in an “of counsel” capacity.

Carol is a graduate of Holy Trinity High School, Lafayette College, and Villanova School of Law.

Christine Gnatowsky

Christine started her law career in 2004 after working in the fashion industry for over 20 years. Christine was hired in February of 2004 as a part-time receptionist by the law firm of Pasta, Needham & Taylor. After working her way up to legal assistant, she decided she would like to be a Paralegal. While still working at Pasta Needham and Taylor, Christine returned to college and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014. In November of 2018, Pasta Needham and Taylor merged with Harding & Burke, PLLC and Christine has been the Paralegal representing both firms since that time.

Christine grew up in College Point, Queens, until at the age of 8, her family moved to East Williston, Long Island. Christine is married and she and her husband, Steven, enjoy watching both the Mets and the Yankees Baseball teams.
